This Hotel Policies/ House Rules are a part of your reservation confirmed with us as our Hotel Guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration from you agree to abide by all our Hotel policies/ House Rules and terms and conditions.

# Check in/Out time:  In time 15:00 hours & Out time 11:00 Hours

# Proof of Identity:

Current Government regulations require all guests to provide valid photo ID for Check-in, for Indian citizen’s valid photo ID proofs are Aadhar/Driving License/ Passport/ Voter ID and Foreign national’s valid passport & Visa are mandatory.

# Visitor Policy:

Visitors are not allowed in the guest (s) room without photo ID proof and at sole discretion of the management. Visiting hours are between 10:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs charges equivalent to per extra person will be levied.

# Housekeeping:

Rooms (S) will be serviced between 09:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs as per policy, in your absence too, unless specified Service of rooms blocked for wedding purpose will only happen in presence of guest in the room

# Guest Belongings:

The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings left in the room or hotel premises. Lost & Found items are kept for three months in safe custody and shall be handed over only if valid ID proof is produced. Post the three months’ period hotel has the right to dispose the item found.

# Privacy Policy:

Guest should maintain acceptable decorum at the hotel premises and behave in a manner that does not cause unreasonable disturbance to other Guests.

# Damage to Property:

Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by them or visiting guests or any person whom they are responsible. These damages will have to be paid by the guests at the price determined by the hotel management 

# Smoking is prohibited:

Smoking is allowed at designated areas only, violations will incur charges of INR 2,000/- plus taxes per violation as deodorizing charges.

# Parking Policy:

The hotel provides space for self-parking; however, vehicles, vehicles are solely at the vehicle owner’s risk, no claims will be entertained to this effect.

# Room Key

It is important to room key safe and should be returned at the time of check-out, failing which the guest shall be liable to pay….

# fire, Arms & Ammunition:

Any type of fire arm or ammunition inside the hotel premises is not allowed

# Pet Policy

This is a not pet friendly hotel and pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

# Management Rights:

This Hotel is a private property, for which “Rights of Admission are reserved”. The management without prejudice to its rights shall ask any guest to vacate/leave the premises on the ground of posing threat to the employee/guests or violating any policy(S) of the hotel. In addition, the hotel management on any other ground as it may deem fit, ask any guest to vacate/leave the premises without assigning any reason whatsoever.
